Meenakshi Temple of Madurai houses 15 gigantic gateway towers each ranging in height from 45-50 meters. Day 1: Arrive Chennai
Upon arrival at Chennai Airport, you are meet & greet by our company representative later transferred to your pre-booked hotel. Check-in to the hotel and take rest.

Day 2: Chennai – Kanchipuram (02 hours drive) Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram (02 hours drive)
After breakfast driveMahabalipuram en route visiting Kanchipuram, the ancient city which is one of the holy cities of Tamil Nadu. Also referred to as ‘city of temples’ Kanchipuram houses numerous temples that depict Dravidian style architecture. Kanchipuram Temples were built during various dynasties such as Cholas, Pallava, and Chalukyas, etc.

Day 3: Mahabalipuram
After breakfast begin your day guided city tour of Mahabalipuram by visiting Krishna Mandapam, the biggest cave-cut Hindu temple which is linked to Lord Indra and Lord Krishna. The temple is a great exemplar of realistic art and architecture. Later, get an insight of Pallava architecture by visiting Pancha Rathas, an excellent architectural edifice.

Day 4: Mahabalipuram – Tiruvannamalai ( 152 kms, 03 hours drive)

Day 7: Pondicherry – Chidambaram (65 kms, 1½ hrs drive) Chidambaram – Kumbakonam (80 kms, 02 hrs drive)

The Brihadisvara Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and also a Unesco World Heritage Site. Airavatesvara Temple is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site that depicts Vaishnavism as well as Shaktism customs of Hinduism.

Day 8: Kumbakonam – Thanjavur (45 kms, 1 hrs drive) Thanjavur – Trichy (65 kms, 1½ hrs drive)
After breakfast drive to Trichy, en-route visit Sri Brahadeeswarar Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Brahadeeswarar Temple is main attraction of south India.Built by Raja Chola I in 1010 AD the temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple features a spectacular architecture representing the superiority achieved by the Cholas in fresco painting sculptures and metallurgy. The temple houses a giant Shivaling in its chamber.

Day 9: Trichy to Madurai (140 kms, 2½ hours drive)
After breakfast visit, Rock Fort, located on Kaveri River’s bank the fort is one of the oldest structures in the world. Day 10: Madurai
